Coming Soon to the Box Office

Can’t get enough of Mission: Impossible? The seventh movie in the franchise is set to release in the U.S. on July 12th. Coming off his latest blockbuster, Top Gun: Maverick, Tom Cruise has returned to play IMF agent Ethan Hunt in the latest Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.


Cruise, now at age 60, still does several of the action sequences without a stunt double. In the next movie, Cruise does a high-risk motorcycle stunt on his own, in which he had only “six seconds to open a parachute” before hitting the ground. Paramount Pictures has already confirmed there will a sequel, Dead Reckoning Two set to release June of 2024.


Also, heading to the theaters on July 21st , is Universal Pictures’, Oppenheimer. We get to explore the film’s, based on a true story events, and life of physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer as he lead scientists through the Manhattan Project in developing the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy has the lead role of Oppenheimer. Universal brought a star-studded cast including Robert Downy Jr., Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, Jack Quaid, and Rami Malek.


Harrison Ford returns to the big screen on Friday, June 30th, as he reprises his iconic role of professor/archeologist Indiana Jones in the 5th & final film of the franchise Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny. This will bring to close a franchise that spans over 40 years with the original Raiders of the Lost Ark opening on June 12th, 1981.
