The first College Football Playoff (CFP) rankings of the season were released on Tuesday. The same four teams were at the top of the most recent AP Poll but the CFP ranked them in a different order.
The year's first CFP rankings are....
#1 - Ohio State (8-0)
#2 - Georgia (8-0)
#3 - Michigan (8-0)
#4 - Florida State (8-0)
Out of the rankings but on the cusp...
#5 - Washington (8-0)
#6 - Oregon (7-1)
The next CFP rankings will be released on November 7th.
