Las Vegas Aces star, and two-time MVP Candace Parker has announced her retirement after 16 seasons in the WNBA.
Her sudden retirement came as a surprise considering Parker just agreed to re-sign with the Aces on a 1-year deal just two months ago.
Parker led the Tennessee Volunteers to two national championships and was a 2-time Wooden Award winner as the country's top collegiate player.
