Caitlyn Jenner Supports Trans Sports Ban in Nassau County

Almost a month ago, Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman issued an executive order banning sports organizations from any county-run athletic facilities if they allow male born athletes from all girl and all women teams.

Caitlyn Jenner is strongly supporting Blakeman’s order. Jenner said, “The solution is simple. When it comes to athletics participation, you have to compete in the biological sex you were born. This is critical to protecting the integrity of competition in women’s sports.”

Jenner has empathy for the LGBTQ community, being a transgender herself now, but doesn’t agree that male born athletes should be allowed to compete against female born athletes. She says there are undeniable physical differences between the genders regardless of their transition status.

Nassau County has issued a federal injunction in response to New York’s Attorney General Latitia James’ cease and desist order over this ban. James said this ban against trans athletes violates state law.

Jenner said it is James that doesn’t even know the law. Jenner said, “In New York we have an activist Attorney General, Latitia James that alleges and seems to think her state laws and preferences supersedes federal law, specifically Title IX…” Jenner also posted on social media, “Hey Attorney General Letitia James, if you ever have daughters, give me a call when a boy beats them for scholarships protected for them by Title IX.”
