Buffalo Bills’ Von Miller Facing Domestic Violence Warrant

Linebacker for the Buffalo Bills, and MVP of Super Bowl 50, Von Miller is reportedly facing a warrant for his arrest in a domestic violence case.

Miller, 34, is being accused by his longtime girlfriend, Megan Denise, of assault in their home in Dallas. Miller’s arrest warrant is for assaulting a pregnant person, which is a third-degree felony.

Authorities reported the alleged incident occurred after a verbal argument and was a “major disturbance.” Police are hoping Miller will turn himself in and have contacted his presumed representation to encourage him to do so.

The NFL adopted a policy, called the commissioner’s exempt list, which puts accused players on paid leave, until their case is resolved, and then they would decide the extent of disciplinary actions.

The Bills are currently on a bye week and it is unclear what Miller’s status will be.
