The Milwaukee Brewers have acquired right-handed starter Frankie Montas from the Cincinnati Reds for right-hander Jakob Junis, outfielder Joey Wiemer, and cash considerations.
Montas owns a 4-8 record with a 5.01 ERA and 78 strikeouts in 93 1/3 innings over 19 starts.
Junis has a 4-0 record with a 2.42 ERA over 26 innings.
