The Milwaukee Brewers have acquired right-handed starter Aaron Civale from the Tampa Bay Rays for minor league infielder Gregory Barrios.
Civale will add depth to a depleted rotation hit hard by injuries. He has struggled in 17 starts this season going 2-6 with a 5.07 ERA and 84 strikeouts in 87 innings.
The 20-year-old Barrios is batting .325 with 34 RBI's and 18 stolen bases at High-A this season.
