The Atlanta Braves have acquired outfielder/designated hitter Jorge Soler and reliever Luke Jackson from the San Francisco Giants for left-hander Tyler Matzek and minor league infielder Sabin Ceballos.
Soler is hitting .240 with 12 HR's, 23 doubles and 40 RBI's this season.
