CDK Global, a company, which provides software to car dealerships, is saying systems will not be back online until at least June 30.
The company was hit by a cyber attack on June 19 and caused them to shut down most of its systems. CDK Global provides technology to almost 15,000 auto dealerships ranging from scheduling to records to delivering parts.
Although some dealerships have gone back to good old-fashioned pen and paper methods to keep afloat during one of the busiest times of year for car shopping, others aren’t able to do business due to these cyber-attack outages.
