Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced that Cleveland Guardians manager, Stephen Vogt has won the American League Manager of the Year Award.
Vogt, who is just the ninth manager to win the award in his first year at the helm and tied for fourth (5th by days) youngest to win it, led the Guardians to a 92-69 regular season record and reached the ALCS.
Vogt said...
"I don't know how to feel right now. The players did this. If the players don't do what they're capable of, this wouldn't be possible."
