2024 Super Bowl Performers

The star-studded list of performers at the 2024 Super Bowl began even before the first kick off.


Andra Day, soul and R&B singer performed “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” which is now known as the Black national anthem. This is the fourth time this song has been sung at the Super Bowl. Shaheem Sanchez, actor and choreographer not only sang this song, but also at the half time show as well.


Post Malone, rapper, playing his acoustic guitar, sang “America the Beautiful.” Malone showed off his singing voice, most fans aren’t used to hearing. Malone admitted to being “nervous but excited”.  He said, “It’s just fun and super epic to be able to go out there and sing a song so many beautiful artists have sang before on this stage.” Anjel Piñero, actress, model and dancer sang this song.


Reba McEntire, country music iconic singer performed “The National Anthem.” Service members bearing flags stood behind McEntire as the jets flew over Allegiant Stadium. McEntire said, “I never have imagined when I sang the anthem at the National Finals Rodeo 50 years ago that I’d be singing it today at the Super Bowl.” This is her first Super Bowl performance. Daniel Durant, actor, sang the anthem.


The halftime show’s headliner was Usher and said this is a “moment he’s dreamed of for most of his professional life and an honor of a lifetime.” The eight-time Grammy winner has been in Vegas the past year with his residency at the Park MGM Hotel and Casino. “You know, everybody says they want to win a Grammy, or they want to win an Oscar, or a Tony, or an Emmy. A Super Bowl is something that everybody wants to play…And it’s here, it happened,” he said.


Alicia Keys, who not only sang her solo hit “If I Ain’t Got You,” but joined Usher in their duet “My Boo.”


H.E.R. played a guitar solo and Jermaine Dupri also appeared as special guests.

Usher made a quick costume change, and performed on roller skates to his number one single “OMG” with will.i.am.


As if that wasn’t enough, Usher also surprised everyone with Lil’ John and Ludacris singing their number one single “Yeah!” Lil’ John also sang his single, “Turn Down for What.”
